Our Factory Complete the Quality Control System

Our factory complete the quality control system, including raw material traceability, equipment calibration and finished product testing. 

In order to make sure our products quality stable in good condition, the complete quality control system is very important.

First, raw material is a essential point in the whole quality control system. We choose China Building Material Group as our raw material supplier, because they are nation central enterprises and their products quality are guaranteed by our nation. Apart from that, we purchase 2 years' volume once a time and note the batch number. The Chemical composition test and chemical resistance test will be saved with batch number marked. This will help us trace the raw material performance, once our customer require.

Second, we made an equipment calibration plan for our machine and tools, including toughening furnace, calipers and so on.

Third, Every batch of the tempering are numbered, because this is the only process of heat treatment in our processing. 

Fourth, according DIN7081 and DIN7080, we have full set of test equipment for finished gauge glass and sight glass, including stress checking, bending strength, heat shock resistance, bubbles and cracks checking and so on.
